Everyday I see your smiling eyes
Kiss your face
With tears running down my face
A photo that will never age
At times I walk past your photo that takes pride of place
And I can smile or laugh at a memory of you
Your dancing or jokes surely brings bitter sweet memories
The way you brought laughter and chaos into our life's
No more photos to take no more memories to keep
The need to treasure the past is intense
Because that is all that is left
Often I sit and wonder where life would of taken you
All the missed opportunities that could of been had
And my heart breaks.
This life is to cruel my child taken too soon
All that's left is a photo frozen in time
